but we can show some of our standard charges
so's to give you an idea of pricing.
Please bear in mind when comparing prices:
Our Prices are always in Euros. We advise You of any costs before work starts. Communications are free,(we don't charge for emails or phone calls)
CPS Service Costs :

| Property Checks | €19.50* Per Visit. + travel cost (*See Service Area Map for Pricing) |
| Mail Forwarding | €3.00, Plus cost of forwarding mail. + 1 x Property Check. (if not visiting at the time) |
| Key Holding | Free for clients. (Sadly we can't just hold keys people) |
| Emergency Call Out | Call out fee = €100.00 + Travel costs = € 30.00 + Labour @ €20.00 Per hour. (min one hour) (min. call out cost of €150.00) This emergency service is open to every one. |
| Gardening | Labour = €20.00 Per hour. Lawn mower = €3.50 Per hour. (for petrol, oil & maintenance etc.) |
| Maintenance | Sorry too many permutations, I can only quote by seeing each job. |
| Swimming pools | Cleaning = €20.00 Per hour. (other pool work by arrangement only) |
